GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR FORKLIFT SERVICE IS THE KEY!
Our team of professionals will provide you with the service you expect. Whether you're up North in Blaine, South in Chehalis, West in Aberdeen, or anywhere in between, you're covered.
The Planned Maintenance Program
Whether you have one lift or twenty, they represent a sizeable investment for your company. Our Service Representative will visit your site and work with you to design a maintenance schedule that suits your fleet. Then one of our road service technicians will come to your site and inspect your trucks following our 28 point checklist for gas powered lifts or our 17 point checklist for electrics. You will be notified in writing, the details of any problems we find.
Like most machinery, lift trucks require regular maintenance for maximum lift and minimal down time. All lift truck manufacturers require regular maintenance during the warranty period. The maintenance schedule should be followed beyond the warranty period for optimum performance and reliability.
The factory recommended service intervals are at:
every month/250 hrs.
every 6-months/1000 hrs.
every 12-months/2000 hrs.

Have you had your forklift tested for carbon monoxide (co) emissions recently?
We recommend forklifts be tested twice a year or at a minimum, once a year. Keep CO at safe levels.
